1. Coaching Services, Not Medical Care
This is Longevity provides health and wellness coaching. Coaching is educational and supportive in nature and does not constitute medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. 2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older. By using this site or engaging our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Scheduling and Payment
Discovery calls and coaching sessions are scheduled through our designated booking and client management platforms. Program fees, payment terms, and cancellation/rescheduling policies will be provided at the time of enrollment and are governed by the specific program agreement you accept.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during intake and throughout coaching, to consult your physician regarding any medical questions or concerns, and to use your own judgment in implementing any strategies discussed in coaching sessions.

Information you share during coaching is treated as confidential, consistent with our Privacy Policy, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the RENEW Method and related program materials, is the property of This is Longevity and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, This is Longevity and Eric Semel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in coaching services. Your engagement of coaching services is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
